GC Tuning Terms & Conditions

Any service we provide are bound to these terms and conditions.

All vehicles must be in full working mechanical order and should be fully maintained/checked before arriving for a remap and all faults already found will be recorded. Upkeep of your vehicle is down to the you.

GC Tuning reserves the right to not carry out a service, repair or remap on any vehicle if faults are found.

If mobile service is used, GC Tuning reserves the right to still charge costs for coming out (Even if no service, repair or remap is completed for any reason including health of the vehicle deemed by us)

If you ask for a specific solution this will be carried out unless we strongly advise against it, if any further work is needed after the solution we accept no responsibility for this (manual removals, blanking plates)

GC Tuning take no responsibility for loss of radio codes, or any other vehicle data while carrying out a service/remap.

GC Tuning reserves the right to refuse any of its services to anyone for any, or no, reason whatsoever.

Any reading or writing of our software on your vehicle instantly invalidates the tuning warranty (by other tuners, or with your own tools). 

All BHP/Torque figures are approximate and will vary between vehicles.

We are fully insured and covered to work on your vehicle along with public liability. This will only be used if your complaint is genuine and we cannot offer any solution for you which is very rare.  comments like ( Another company said, They said the map is bad, They have to fix the tune) will all be ignored. We can return any car back to standard that we have tuned as long as no physical deletes have taken place.

Any work carried out will be as per customers request. To have your vehicle returned to original this will be paid service, starting from £40.

GC Tuning do not accept liability for death, personal injury, loss of earnings, accidents, damages, faults or legal claims or any other claim during/after the service/remap under any circumstances.

It is your responsibility to inform your insurance company of the remap.

GC Tuning do not offer any type of warranty for your vehicle.

GC Tuning do not accept responsibility for any serviceable item and/or mechanical part (including turbo’s, clutches/flywheels & engine internals) or electrical parts that fails. We accept no claim for labour and/or parts under any circumstances.

Refunds are strictly at GC Tuning’s discretion.

All payments are due on completion of the work. No credit is allowed, No instalments. Invoice must be settled immediately no exceptions unless finance is agreed with our partners. Finance jobs will carry a 9-20% fee depending on work required.

GC Tuning reserve the right to change or alter any of these terms and conditions on this page at any time.

Booking Terms & Conditions

GC Tuning reserve the right to cancel, postpone or rebook any booked remap/service for any reason.

Any dates offered for booking will only be available for 24 hours. Unless the booking is confirmed within the 24 hours, the date will then be available to other customers.

GC Tuning reserve the right to take a NON-REFUNDABLE Booking Fee of £30 for the service/remap to confirm your booking. GC Tuning have the final word on the Booking Fee, by accepting these terms and conditions you agree that after the cooling off period. Your Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of any change to the booking.

Any remap/service booked will be under these terms and conditions, and by contacting GC Tuning you are agreeing you have read, understand and agree to these publicly available Terms and Conditions.

GC Tuning offer a 7 day cooling off period from the date of the received payment. Any refunds will be made within a 90 day period.
